"I had the iced chumpkin latte. With a cold foam on it. It was AMAZING!!!! Then I have the turkey havarti on an asiago bagel. With garden cream cheese. Omg. So AMAZING!!!! The card reader had some kind of issue. Other than that it was perfect."

"Only rating a 4/5 because there are zero recycling bins here. Please add recycling bins as you provide plastic cups and food utensils that should be being recycled for our environment initiatives. We got the jalapeño turkey and bacon sandwich and it was amazing!! I also got the pumpkin spice latte, light ice, cold foam, and pumpkin syrup drizzle over the cold foam. Best decision ever! He also got the frozen caramel apple and it was good as well. There’s also a broken leg on one of the couches that needs replaced for safety concerns. Once again, add recycling bins please! Other than that.. i’ve nothing else you should improve on."

"Unfortunately , the photo of the drinks uploaded are not fully visible. The the ice blended drinks here are a nice change when you have the common coffee franchise in the surrounding area . My husband won a years worth of free coffee from Biggby nearly a year ago , we pick up our k-cups monthly. My husband really likes the French Roast and myself i am neutral, i can drink Biggby's best or French Roast it really doesn't matter. Biggby has a variety of drinks on their menu, if you like lattes or ice blended drinks like we do, maybe even just plain cup of coffee there is something for everyone. The price for 16 oz. cup of coffee (ice blended ) is about $4 and it isn't bad considering its taste is different unlike it's popular competitor. i have only been to this location, but it's nice to have a change every now and then i get my coffee fix from here."

"I've been here before during the summer, but this the first time in winter. I got the Mocha Caramel latte and oh my! It was very tasty! I think that will be my favorite!"

"The Chinese Flower hot tea (sweetened with honey) was very good. Decent pop music mix on. Upbeat banter between the two employees working. They were friendly toward me and conversational beyond just standard smalltalk. It's a good spot to read and write."

"Reliable. Friendly staff. Sometimes drive thru is slow but the drinks are quality! Prefer this to Starbucks most days!"

"I went here for the first time today and I must say. I was very impressed. Very clean facility, extremely nice staff. The havarti and turkey bagel was delicious and the Vanilla Beane coffee was phenomenal. I liked the coffee so much I had to grab another 24oz as I sat there doing work on their WiFi which has pretty decent bandwidth. I didn't even ask if they had a military discount. One of the staff members noticed the shirt I was wearing and asked if I was a veteran. Great coffee and service."

"My daughter and I stopped in this morning. There was a long line inside and in the drive through. The servers were trying so hard to take care of everyone in a timely manner. They were apologetic for the wait, which we understand couldn't be helped. When things settled down, someone even came to our table and gave us each a cake pop. (Thanks!) The Bragel was warm, soft, and delicious. My only "critique" would be that our drinks weren't labeled and we had to taste each other's to find out which was which. Overall, great experience."
